We keep abreast of industry developments for the following reasons:

  • In order to provide our clients with the best advice regarding industry and legislative changes
  • In order to implement best practices within our organisations and on behalf of our clients.

In addition, we support further regulation aimed at improving the working conditions of temporary staff. We have joined forces with a number of organisations with whom we work towards the growth and improvement of our industry. These organisations are:

APSO (Association of Personnel Service Organisation)

Contributing Members. APSO represents its members in their dealings with government and related bodies. The organisation promotes and ensures adherence to high ethical and professional standards of business, for the benefit of both clients and candidates.

CAPES (Conference of Associations in the Private Employment Sector)

This industry association represents the interests of the temporary employment services industry (TES). The body engages in macro-level activities, proactively lobbying government and regulators and challenging adverse legislation around the future of TES, or labour broking as it is commonly referred to, collaborating with other associations and stakeholders within the TES industry to create a unified voice and face for the industry.

BPeSA (Business Process enabling South Africa)

This is the national coordinating industry association representing the interests of the business; process outsourcing and offshore sector in South Africa. It is a non-profit agency dedicated to the development of the contact centre and business process outsourcing industry in South Africa.

Services SETA

Member of Services SETA. Services sector education and training authorities have been established to ensure that the skill needs for every sector of the South African economy are identified and that training is available to provide for these needs.
