This method determines ATTITUDE and is refined to match the South African environment. This is a unique interview, grading & scoring system developed by Isilumko to pair the individual with the client’s corporate culture.

Operations: Database Management

The Isilumko Group makes use of Accpac CRM, a well known international database management package, in order to effectively manage our candidate base.

The software has been customised to our own specific requirements, and those of our clients.

This ensures that we are able to effectively search through large quantities of information within a short space of time, and efficiently identify suitable candidates for the vacancies at hand.
