TEMPORARY STAFFING
We are able to provide financial specialists for periods ranging from one week to an ongoing basis. The staff are effectively our employees, and accordingly we handle all aspects of payroll and statutory requirements, including PAYE, UIF and the issuing of IRP5’s. Our clients typically make use of this service in the event of work backlogs, to cover periods of absence (e.g. maternity leave) or for project related roles.
CONTRACT WORKERS
Contract workers are generally used for a similar purpose as that of temporary staff, however typically contracts are for a minimum duration of 3 months however the contract is between the client and the employee.
