Temp Staffing

At Isilumko Staffing, we are able to provide a complete temp staffing solution for our clients while we focus distinctly on call centre, administration and back-office, and retail positions. Temp staff can be supplied for periods ranging from one month to an ongoing basis.  The staff are effectively our employees, and accordingly we handle all aspects of payroll and statutory requirements, including PAYE, UIF and the issuing of IRP5’s. Our clients typically make use of this service in the event of seasonal fluctuations, work backlogs, to cover periods of absence (e.g. maternity leave) or for project related roles.
